PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rising operation and partial load operation of a gas turbine easily and surely while suppressing the generation of hazardous components by dividing burners into at least two groups and controlling respective groups individually in relation to the operating state of a gas turbine. SOLUTION: A duct 11 for supplying gaseous fuel to a burner system is provided with a main cut-off valve 12, a filter 13, a sieve 14 and a high speed cut-off valve 15 and conditioned fuel is introduced to a region close to the burner. The burner system comprises a plurality of kinds, e.g. three kinds, of burners arranged in ring wherein the burner group is divided into three groups according to the kind thereof such that fuel can be supplied to the burners of each group through fuel supply rings 21-23. The fuel supply rings 21-23 can be controlled individually through control valves 18-20 and at least two groups are fired sequentially in at least two time phases at the time of transition from no-load operation to full load operation.
