PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start conduction of power supplied from a power source by bringing switch pieces into contact with each other at the time when all of a sublimating substance has sublimated. SOLUTION: A switch 2 is equipped with a pair of switch pieces 21, 22, which are brought into contact with and parted from each other to conduct and cutoff electric power supplied from a power source, and a switching control member 23 intervened between the switch pieces 21, 22. The switch pieces 21, 22 are fixed onto a base plate 24 so as to be in contact with each other with no force applied from the outside. The switching control member 23 is formed by coating a film 26 on the surface of a sublimating substance 25 having a sublimating property. The switching control member 23 is intervened between the switch pieces 21, 22 by inserting it in a gap formed by parting the switch piece 22 from the switch piece 21 against a spring force of the switch piece 22.
