PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable disk memory apparatus which prevents the inside of a disk cartridge from being contaminated with dust particles. SOLUTION: A first air intake passage 25 by which the air at the outside is taken into a disk cartridge 31 from a hub hole 38 via the outer circumference of a spindle motor 11 from a cartridge insertion port 5 is provided. A second air intake passage 27 by which the air at the inside is taken into the disk cartridge 31 from the hub hole 38 via the outer circumference of the spindle motor 11 is provided. A flat filter 41 for the collection is arranged inside at least the first air intake passage 25 to be a tilted or parallel shape.
