<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve required performance and to enable the use of an ordinary reel motor by putting a planetary gear mechanism into a self-locking state that its planetary gears do not rotate and revolve any more and do not carry out a speed reduction operation on at the time of a high-speed feed mode. SOLUTION: The planetary gear mechanism 73 is built into a flat space between a disk part 72a and an annular permanent magnet and is self-lockable constituted. In the operation in the self-locking state of the planetary gear mechanism 73, the disk member 76 supporting the planetary gears 77 is put into a turnable state and a link gear member 78 is rotated clockwise. Since the centers of rotation of the planetary gears 77 are not fixed, the moment to rotate these gears is not generated and the gears are not rotated. The gears cannot revolve either. Then, a take-up reel shaft body 72 subjected to the speed reduction by the rotation and revolution of the planetary gears 77 and three planetary gears 77 are put into the self-locking state that the rotation and revolution are not possible. The take-up reel shaft body 72 is, therefore rotated integrally with the link gear member 78.</p> |
