When the equipment is switched from the standby state to the normal state, the microcomputer power circuit operation mode switching signal XSTBY121 is outputted in the sublock operation state to switch the power source operation circuit mode to a large-current mode, and then the master clock 131 begins to be supplied, so that the normal state is entered.</p>
