PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the registration and maintenance and management work profile information by permitting the storage means of a computer system to have a new data file for managing a combination unit and setting a keyword stored in the crossing point of a matrix to a matching unit with profile information. SOLUTION: When authority information and profile information for managing secrecy are stored in the data file 3 being the storage means of the computer system, information where the plural combinations of authority information is made into a table is newly stored. A profile 4 as the range of authority is detected from table information by an authority retrieval processing part based on a user ID inputted by an operator with a terminal equipment 1, a processing is permitted within the range of applying profile information, the keyword stored in the intersecting point of the matrix is taken-out by a keyword retrieval processing 6 and the keyword is set in the matching unit with profile information. |
