PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently utilize the advantage of a radio ID card to be used as a charge collection means. SOLUTION: An advance adjustment machine 23 is provided with a function to read a memory of a radio ID card 19 which a parking lot user 21 holds out and to decide whether or not a balance more than an integrated parking charge from a vehicle entering time to a present time is recorded, a function to notify the parking lot user 21 of a shortage charge when the balance record more than the integrated parking charge is not in the memory of the radio ID card 19, and a function to collect the shortage of the integrated parking charge by a cash held out by the parking lot user 21 and to write advance adjustment completion record in the memory of the radio ID card 19. By providing a user path 22 with-the advance adjustment machine 23, adjustment completion of the integrated parking charge in the user path 2 is enabled and stop of a vehicle 20 on a vehicle exit path 5 caused by collection of the integrated parking charge shortage is released. |
