PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a concerned area by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A position designating means 14 designates an arbitrary position in a concerned area to be extracted. A pixel color at the designated position is stored in a storage means 18. An allowable color difference setting means 32 sets a color difference from the pixel color at the designated position as 0 at first. An in-allowable color difference pixel group extracting means 22 extracts pixels in the allowable color difference from all the pixels. An in- allowable color difference adjacent pixel group selection displaying means 30 selectively displays a pixel group including the pixels at the designated position from the extracted result of the means 22. Every time the means 30 is executed, the allowable color difference setting means increase the allowable color difference. Afterwards, the means 22 and 30 are executed. The means 32, 22, and 30 are repeated until an ending instruction is issued. |
