PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease the adjustment of the position of an optical axis and the length of an optical path of an optical integrated module used in an optical disk device. SOLUTION: The module has a base 2, which mounts a laser diode 1, a beam shaped part 4, which mounts a reflection body that reflects laser light beams, a silicon substrate 6, on which a photodiode 1 is formed to receive incident light beams, and a stem 7 which fixes the above items. A beam-shaped part 4 is arranged to cross the surface of the substrate 6. Through-holes provided on the stem 4 are filled with adhesive to fix the substrate 6 to the stem 7. |
