摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct an optical axis with simple constitution by changing the angle of a reflecting mirror inserted into the optical path of an optical beam and detecting angle changes which occurred in the reflecting mirror owing to vibration. SOLUTION: A position detecting sensor 16 transmits the light receiving level of a parallel light L1, converged through a lens 15 and a position signal S1 which is the light receiving position of the parallel light L1 on the XY coordinate of a light receiving face to the control part 53 of an optical axis correction device 50. The control part 53 calculates shift quantity between a reference position, where parallel light L1 when an optical axis shift is not generated, is to be converged and the actual light receiving position as an angle deviation used for moving the rotating angle of the reflecting mirror 52 and correcting an optical axis. Drive signals SX1 and SY1 for adjusting the rotary angle of the reflecting mirror 52 in the directions of an X-axis and a Y-axis are generated, based on the angle deviation and they are supplied to an optical axis correction part 51. The optical axis correction part 51 corrects the optical axis based on the drive signals SX1 and SY1.
