PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a battery pack providing a specified joining strength high in reliability on a mass-production basis with excellent yield. SOLUTION: A battery pack is manufactured in a process where a battery and a wiring circuit are provided in split-type resin battery pack containers 1, 2, and surfaces to be joined opposite to each other of the split-type battery pack containers 1, 2 are joined and integrated with each other through the ultrasonic welding of a welding rib 1a provided on the surface to be joined. A solvent to swell or dissolve a resin to constitute the split-type battery pack containers 1, 2 is interposed between the joined surfaces of the split-type battery pack containers 1, 2, and then, the ultrasonic welding is effected. |
