PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for plugging into or off a power supply line when mating or demating a conveyance apparatus with a mounter by converting swings of a knock lever of a drive cylinder to rotational motion of a pulley to use the drive cylinder as a drive power for conveying elements, allowing the drive power for conveying elements to be not built in the conveyance apparatus. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for conveying elements can be freely mated or demated with a mounter 14 having a drive cylinder 12, and elements 20 are sequentially conveyed to an element adsorption position P by a belt 16, and comprises a knock lever 22 which is swung by the drive cylinder 12 during mating the conveyance apparatus 10 with the mounter 14 and a conversion mechanism 28 which converts swings of the knock lever 22 to rotational motion of a constant angle of a large pulley 24 and a small pulley 26 around which the belt 16 is wound, and the drive cylinder 12 is used as a drive power for conveying the elements 20. The large pulley 24 and the small pulley 26 have a one-way clutch 26A which rotates together in the direction of element conveyance and so on. |
