PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make influence on an existing system minimum in performance or the like by defining a new database which does not really exist but correspond to the database being the original of a replication in a replication program. SOLUTION: A user application 2 is started and the addition operation 3 of a record 10 in a real DB 9 is executed. Operation information 4 is edited based on addition information of the record 10, a means provided by the replication program 6 is used and the additional operation of a row 12 is executed in a virtual master DB 11. In accordance with it, the replication program 6 retrieves the DB definition 7 of the virtual master DB based on the contents 4 of the addition operation of the row 12 and recognizes the DB definition 8 of the virtual master DB 11. Then, column constituting information of the DB definition 8 is made to correspond to addition data of the operation contents 4 and adopted as operation information of the virtual master DB 11, a replication program 17 edits operation information 14 which can be reflected in replica DB 19 and it is stored in an operation information file 13. |
