SOLUTION: After closing of a line, a combined DTMF signal from a telephone set 6 that outputs DTMF signals, is given to a conversion adaptor 7 as soon as the operation of the computer 1 connected from a telephone set 4 via a conversion adaptor 7 and the output of the adaptor 7 is converted into a voice by the voice conversion adaptor, the voiced signal is sent back from the telephone set 4 to the telephone set 6, an earphone conducts confirmation of the operation, schedule management executed by the computer is filled in by every party from the telephone set 6 even time of progress of the schedule, the schedule list is filled in and a daily report is finished at the end of filling.
