PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device and method for generating application developing environment by which the operation efficiency of software development can be improved. SOLUTION: While a guiding device 40 guides the using order of a generating device 20 and an editing device 30, the device 20 generates a source program through the use of an application frame work and the device 30 edits the generated source program based on the application frame work, thereby the operation efficiency of software development can be improved.
