PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice particle feeding device capable of attaining reduction in size being easily transported and feeding ice particles positively. SOLUTION: An ice particle feeding device 1 is comprised of an ice particle manufacturing device 2 for manufacturing ice particles; an ice particle feeding- out device 3 for feeding out ice particles manufactured by the ice particle manufacturing device 2; an ice particle transporting device 4 for transporting the ice particles fed out by the ice particle feeding-out device 3 to a target position; and a housing 10 for storing these ice particle manufacturing device 2, the ice particle feeding-out device 3 and the ice particle transporting device 4. The ice particle feeding-out device 3 has a casing 31 having an opening 313 formed at a bottom section 11, and a rotor 33 rotatably mounted within the casing 31 and having eight vanes 331 vertically installed at its outer circumferential section. The ice particle transporting device 4 is a device for transporting ice particles with an air flow, wherein this ice particle transporting device has a pipe passage 41; a supplying section provided with a rotary valve 5 for supplying the ice particles fed out of the ice particle feeding-out device 3 to the pipe passage 41; a cooling machine; and a blower.
