PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a fill a filler reliably between electric wires even if the filler of high viscosity is used by exciting the electric wires after applying the filler on the electric wires. SOLUTION: A resinous sheet 2 is placed on a vibrating stand 1 of a vibrator, and respective covered conductors 4 of a wire harness 3 are properly dispersively arranged on it. A filler 5 of high viscosity is arranged on the covered conductors 4. The vibrating stand 1 is exciated, and the whole wire harness 3 is vibrated to permeate the filler 5 in clearance between the respective covered conductors 4. As the vibrator, for example, a vibratory part arranging machine is suitable in points being compact and capable of easily obtaining a high vibration frequency. Vibration may be microvibration, and as one example, amplitude is bout ±1 mm, a frequency is several 10 Hz or higher, and the vibrating direction may be either of the vertical direction, the electric wire radial direction or the electric wire lengthwise direction. Silicone and butyl rubber or a urethane material of high viscosity are used as the filler 5. |
