PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove chattering noise caused by an inputted clock signal without changing the phase, the frequency and the duty of the clock signal. SOLUTION: The noise filter is provided with a delay circuit 11 delaying an input signal Di, an inverting circuit 13 inverting a delayed signal SG1 by the delay circuit 11, an RS flip-flop 12 to which a clock signal Di and the delayed signal SG1 are inputted and a RS flip-flop 14 to which a first noise removing signal SG2 outputted from the RS flip-flop 12 and an inverted delayed signal SG3 outputted from the inverting circuit 13 are inputted so that the output signal of the RS flip-flop 14 is made into the output signal Do of the noise filter. |
