PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a load without a large output change by dividing a power demand to distribute the load into a trend amount and a fringe amount, and distributing the load for all generators including the generators having linear fuel consumption characteristics for the trend amount. SOLUTION: A trend amount economic load distributing means 3 distributes loads of individual generators to input trend amounts, and outputs a distributed result to change amount load distribution comparing means 5. Distribution is conducted for all the generators including the generator (predetermined output price) in which fuel consumption characteristics for the trend amount is linear. A fringe amount economic load distribution means 4 distributes a deviation from the trend amount to the individual generators for the input fringe amounts, and outputs a distributed result to a change amount load distribution comparing means 5. This distribution does not contain the generator in which fuel consumption characteristics is linear. Thus, even when the fringe amount is changed, there is not a load distribution for requiring large output change of the generator. |
