PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reflect changes at newly installing an apparatus, maintenance or change of a power system state or the like to positional relation information along a power supply route, by autonomously recognizing the relation on the power supply route in cooperation between respective units. SOLUTION: A compact relay unit A (or B) decides the presence or absence of a fault in a monitoring section surrounded by the unit A and the unit B by using electric data of own terminal and electric data of the unit B (or A). When the presence of the fault is decided, an open command is given to a circuit breaker (a) (or (b)). Further, the unit B communicates with a compact relay unit C and a compact relay unit E to input electric data, decides the presence or absence of a fault in a monitoring section surrounded by the unit B, the unit C and the unit E. When the presence of the fault is decided, an open command is given to the breaker (b). |
