PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a pillar-shaped battery from a battery housing by installing a pair of elastic electrode pieces to both ends of a battery housing base on which the pillar-shaped battery is placed and held, and forming a battery clearance part at one end or both ends of the battery housing base. SOLUTION: Electrodes 6, 6 are installed at both ends of a battery housing 2 so as to face to a battery contact part. A contact piece is soldered to a printed circuit board 7, and a fixed part is fixed to the printed circuit board 7 with a screw passing through a hole. When a pillar-shaped battery B is removed from the battery housing 2, the side of the pillar-shaped battery B on a battery clearance part 5 side is pushed in the battery clearance part 5, one end of the pillar-shaped battery B comes off from the electrode piece 6 in the inner direction of the battery clearance part 5, on the edge part 4a of a battery housing base 4, and the other end comes off outward from the electrode piece 6. A chain line shows a coming off state of the pillar-shaped battery B from the battery housing 2.
