PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare an animation having a display time intrinsic to each frame. SOLUTION: During a time progressing at a preset speed, input of a signal for instructing a timing of a boundary of each frame of an animation is detected (S4) and a display time intrinsic to each frame is obtained and recorded on the basis of an inputted signal (S8). The signal may be inputted in an arbitrary timing by a producer using an input device such as a keyboard or a mouse. Also, it is possible to prepare the animation synchronized with a guide track by reproducing (S13) guide track information such as a voice that becomes a reference of a timing by a reproduction rate based on the same speed. A speed by which the time progresses can be arbitrarily set.
