PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system for plant operation training with which an expensive simulation control unit can be separately arranged and the efficient operation of the system is enabled. SOLUTION: A first device group 1 constituted by connecting at least a simulation control unit 2 and first communication equipment so as to communicate with each other is arranged inside a first facility, at least one of second device groups 10 constituted by connecting at least a process simulator 11, an operator terminal 12, an operation training managing device 20 and second communication equipment 17 so as to communicate with each other is separately arranged inside a second facility different from the first facility, the first communication equipment 3 can communicate with the second communication equipment 17 through a communication line 8 and this system is provided with a signal selection means 20 for selecting the signal required for the process simulator 11 and operator terminal 12 of the second device group 10 under training execution out of signals outputted by the simulation control unit 2 and transmitting the signal to the second communication equipment 17 of that second device group 10.
