PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost, and enhance the accuracy, of a high- voltage power supply which supplies photoreceptors of an electronic photography device with potential, and allows its polarity to be changed. SOLUTION: The voltage detecting means of the first high-voltage power source of a high-voltage power supply is set as secondary-side detection, and a voltage detection resistor 42 is installed. Currents passed through the voltage detection resistor 42 is controlled to an absolute value larger than the value for a current which flows from an output terminal 46 to a load 36. The different between a current passing through the voltage detection resistor 42 and a current passing through the load 36 is detected through a current detection resistor 35 and is fed back to the second high-voltage power source. As a result, the reduction in size and cost and the enhancement of accuracy are realized.
