PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transform device data by a certain color display system to the device data by the other color display system. SOLUTION: In this color transformation method, the device data of the specified device space of an RGB color display system of a processing object are transformed to the device data of an sRGB space by simple calibration (step 114) and the device data of the sRGB space obtained by the transformation are transformed to the device data of an sCMYK space by using correspondence relation between the device data of a standard color space obtained beforehand (step 116). Then, the device data of the sCMYK space obtained by the transformation are transformed to the device data of the specified device space of the CMYK color display system by the simple calibration (step 118).
