PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear image at the same time as with moving a camera to its preset position by containing the time information and its video control information in the preset data, corresponding to the camera position information. SOLUTION: The information is divided into a day time band of bright periphery and a night time band of dark periphery. These time bands vary according to the months or seasons, and therefore the information on the months or seasons is previously inputted. Thereby, the numerical value of a certain date, for example, is inputted with regard to the time information. The video control information include the scale correction information, AGC information, white balance information, electronic sensitivity up information, character combining information, shutter speed information, etc. Then each information on a preset data input mode is stored into an EEPROM 15 from a video signal processing part 13 via a microprocessor 27. When a request is given from a user for a preset reproduction operation and a preset number is inputted, time information is read out of a timer 26 having a calendar and is controlled automatically.
