PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling a visually handicapped person, an old person, etc., to easily grasp the position of an operation button of an operation device such as hot water supply facilities. SOLUTION: The formation area R of operation buttons 1 to 5 provided to the console panel P of the operation device U is projected slightly from a panel reference surface S and identification projections (a) to (e) are formed further projecting from the surface of the button formation area R along the edge part (r) of the button formation area R. The formation positions of the identification projections (a) to (e) are so set that a user can sense them with finger tips when sliding the fingers along the edge part (r) of the button formation area R. A visually handicapped person traces the edge part (e) of the button formation area R with the finger tips to securely sense all the identification projections (a) to (e), so the position of a desired button can easily be known.
