PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent electromagnetic wave interference between a circuit chamber and a battery chamber formed in the inside of a casing and to make the profile of the casing thinner than that of a conventional device in the portable radio communication device where a plurality of printed circuit boards are placed in the inside of the flat casing and a battery is incorporated to supply power to the printed circuit boards. SOLUTION: The inside of a casing is partitioned into a circuit chamber containing printed circuit boards and a battery chamber containing a battery with a metal-made partition plate 4. The casing is configured by bonding a front face case and a rear face case 12, circumferential walls 13, 14, 15, 16 are formed to the rear face case 12 by surrounding a cavity 17 being the battery chamber to the rear face case 12, and a clamp mechanism to clamp both sides of the partition plate 4 from its both sides is formed to the circumferential walls.
