PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent partial trouble in image quality occurring because an image on a recording sheet is touched by a sheet peeling member or a pair of discharge rolls and the like by disposing the sheet peeling member being a plate-like member in parallel with a heating roll and providing a means for cooling the sheet peeling member. SOLUTION: The leading edge of the recording sheet P somewhat separated from the surface of the heating roll 1 is fed to a downstream side in a state where it goes along the lower surface of the plate-like member being the sheet peeling member 6. With this as a start, the sheet P fed out from a press-contact part N is surely peeled from the surface of the roll 1. Though the sheet P just after the fixation is in a high temperature state near to fixing temperature, it is cooled by passing while touching the vicinity or the lower surface of the cooled plate-like member being the member 6. The heat of the plate-like member is efficiently radiated by a radiation fan, so that the image is more surely cooled. |
