SOLUTION: The integral estimate system fr building/interior construction is constructed by settling the disordered article data owned by the respective makers within the uniform format. A master article database 14 manages the article data by registering the main information of article items to be used. A master model base 15 registers/manages information required for estimating the destination of stocking, construction or sewing concerning high-frequency articles or additional articles at the destination of a client while abbreviating them into model. A master article type base 16 classifies the information of article data for each article type and registers/manages them. A master item base 17 registers/manages information further precisely classifying the contents of items into item number data for each item. Besides, a master scale calculation base 18 becomes a base for calculating the scale required for estimation and registers/manages the information different by articles or article groups for each client/supplier.
