PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practically eliminate the loss of communication capacity of a line by multiplex to be zero as a multi-dimensional connection system by stepwise rearranging the allocation of frequencies, in accordance with the ratio of the power of a specified station to noise power. SOLUTION: A noise power measuring circuit 21 measures noise power in proportion to a call rate, in the area of a multi-dimensional connection system in antenna input and is outputted to a control circuit 22. The switch signal of encoding/non-encoding, which is proportional to the call rate of a system, is outputted from the control circuit 22 to an interleaving/switch 20 as a control signal. The noise power measuring circuit 21 and the control circuit 22 which is respectively a signal power measuring means and a means for stepwise rearranging the allocation of a frequency detect the use rate of a line in the receiver of a subscriber and the receiver of a base station. Then, the control circuit 22 controls the interleaving/switch 20, so that the allocation of the frequencies is stepwise rearranged. Thus, there is no loss of line quality and no need to execute encoding. |
