<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive film which is excellent in shelf stability and work efficiency and can be laminated on the surface of a substrate by an atmospheric pressure laminating method in a good yield while suppressing the occurrence of air voids by using a specified urethane compd. as a photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. and forming a protective coat contg. a small number of fish eyes. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin layer is formed on a support film in 5-30μm thickness using a photosensitive resin compsn. contg. 5-93 wt.% carboxyl-contg. linear polymer, 5-93 wt.% photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. of the formula and 0.01-30 wt.% photopolymn. initiator and a protective coat contg. <=5 fish eyes of >=80μm diameter per 1 m2 is stuck on the photosensitive resin layer. In the formula, R1 and R4 are each H or methyl, R2 is a residue of formula II [where (m) is an integer of 2-25], R3 is a residue of formula III or the like (where n1 is an integer of 1-25) and W is a 2-20C divalent hydrocarbon.</p> |
