<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner showing satisfactory low-temperature fixability even in a middle-speed to high-speed machine using a heat roll fixing device or a middle-speed to low-speed machine using pressure heat fixing method by a fixed heater through a heat resisting film, and never causing the contamination of a heating member by offset extending from low temperature to high temperature. SOLUTION: In a toner containing a binder resin a coloring agent, a wax and an organic metal compound, the contact angle of the toner to water is 105 to 130 deg., the binder resin consists of a polyester resin having an acid number of 10 to 40 mgKOH/g, the organic metal compound consists of a complex or salt having aluminum as metal element and an aromatic diol or aromatic polycarboxylic acid coordinated therein the resin component of the toner contains 10 to 40 wt.% of THF insoluble component, and the wax has a main peak in the molecular weight of 300-5000 with a ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight of 1.2 to 15.</p> |
