PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a forward converter voltage generating circuit which is insulated with a fewer number of parts items and allows stabilized output voltage to be obtained. SOLUTION: A direct-current input voltage is switched by a transistor 3 and applied to the primary winding of a transformer 5. A voltage induced in the secondary winding of the transformer 5 is rectified and smoothed with a diode 6, a first coil 8-1 for smoothing, a diode 7, and a capacitor 9 to generate a first stabilized output voltage V0. A voltage, induced in a second coil 8-2 wound on the same iron core as that of the first coil 8-1 for smoothing, is rectified and smoothed, and a second output voltage V01 which is different from the first output voltage V0 is thereby generated.
