PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric characteristic with excellent insulation- resistance, breakdown-strength, etc., even with a thinner layer of dielectrics by using an alloy electrode material wherein a pentavalent or hexavalent transition metal element is added, with a main component being a nickel. SOLUTION: A nickel chloride is mixed with such chloride as molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, tungsten, etc., for chemical reaction using hydrogen at about 1000-1400 deg.C, to provide an alloy powder having an average particle size of 0.1-1.0μm, the amount of additives added to the nickel is 0.5-5 wt.%. Ni allow particle 100 pts.wt., an organic vehicle (ethyl cellulose resin is resolved in butyl carbitol) 40 pts.wt., and butyl carbitol 10 pts.wt. are kneaded to prepare an electrode paste. The electrode paste is applied to a dielectric green sheet by screen printing or gravure printing.
