PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cross polarized wave characteristics of a polarized wave switching circuit which changes over and selects a horizontal polarized wave or a vertical polarized wave in the signal reception of CS(communication satellite) and the like. SOLUTION: When a first amplifier circuit constituted of HEMT(high electron mobile transistor) 1 and the like is used for horizontal polarized wave amplification and a second amplifier circuit constituted of HEMT 2 and the like for vertical polarized wave amplification, a first trap circuit of a capacitor C1, a diode D1, a conductor pattern 3 and the like and a second trap circuit of a capacitor C2, a diode D2, a conductor pattern 4 and the like are installed in the gate lines of the amplifier circuits respectively. For taking out a horizontal polarized wave as output So, SW11 and SW12 are turned on and the operation of the first amplifier circuit is set. On the other hand, SW2 is turned on and the operation of the trap circuit is set. A vertical polarized wave component is attenuated. For taking out the vertical horizontal polarized wave, SW13 and SW14 are turned on, and the operation of the second and amplifier circuit is set. On the other hand, SW1 is turned on, the operation of the trap circuit is set and the horizontal polarized component is attenuated.
