PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an output frequency to a prescribed value from the beginning even if power is intermittently fed to a local oscillator in a radio terminal equipment. SOLUTION: This radio terminal equipment is provided with a voltage control-type oscillator generating a local oscillation signal for frequency- converting a received wave, a demodulation part demodulating a received symbol from the intermediate signal of the received wave, an AFC control part generating an AFC signal added to the oscillator so as to synchronize the demodulation phase of the demodulation part with a transmission side, a power feeding control part which intermittently controls power feeding to at least the oscillator, a memory storing correction data which is previously regulated so that an output frequency from the beginning is set to be a prescribed constant value with time lapse after power is supplied to the oscillator and a correction control part reading corresponding correction data from the memory in accordance with time lapse after power is supplied and correcting the AFC signal.
