PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to constitute a suspension attachment which is small in number of parts, and easily assembled and adjustable for a LCD projector or the like. SOLUTION: An attachment lower part 20 formed of a metal plate is provided upright on the top board of an equipment main body such as a liquid crystal display projector 10. An attachment upper part 30 formed of metal plate is vertically suspended from a plate 40 fixed to the ceiling 50 of a room with an anchor bolt 41. The one surface 20a of the attachment lower part 20 is bonded to the one surface 30a of the attachment upper part 30. By this constitution, the liquid crystal display projector 1 is regulated in angle of depression only by sliding the attachment lower part 2 on its joint surface with the attachment upper part 30, and the attachment composed of the parts 20 and 30 is simple in structure and easily regulated.
