PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat dissipation performance by improving refrigerant vapor flow at a core section and preventing interference between the refrigerant vapor flow and condensate in a refrigerant tank. SOLUTION: A refrigerant tank 3 comprises a refrigerant chamber 8 forming a boiling region of liquid refrigerant, a passage 9 for returning condensate from a core section 11, and a circulation passage 10 conducting with the liquid return passage 9 and the refrigerant chamber 8. A flat tube 15 being employed at the core section 11 comprises one vapor tube 15A and a plurality of condensation tube 15B. The vapor tube 15A is arranged in the center of the core section 11 and refrigerant vapor boiled in the refrigerant chamber 8 flows into the tube 15A while being introduced by a refrigerant flow control plate 14. The condensation tube 15B are arranged on the opposite sides of the vapor tube 15A and communicate therewith through an upper tank 12. The vapor tube 15A is wider than the condensation tube 15B and has a large sectional area.
