SOLUTION: Ni is used for the main component of the metal lead 7 of a ceramic heater, and a metal material containing Mn 0.5-1.5 wt.% and Si 0.5 wt.% or below is used for the sub-component. A ceramic body 1 is constituted of a ceramic sheet 2 and a ceramic shaft 3, the ceramic sheet 2 is provided with a heating section 4 serving as a heating element A and an extraction section 5, and the ceramic sheet 2 is wound around the ceramic shaft 3 and baked.
