PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it impossible actually to steal all ID information in a reproducing device from the outside by preventing one or more ID information stored in an ID information storage means from being accessed from a prescribed communication control means. SOLUTION: A control CPU 3 being the communication control means controls mainly the transmission/reception of the information with the outside through an interface 1 with a terminal. The ID information ID-1 (first ID information), ID-2 (second ID information) peculiar to respective information reproducing devices A1 are stored respectively in storage memories 8, 9 being the ID information storage means, and both information are set so as to become respectively a relation of an open key, a secret key by an encoding technique of an open key system. Although the storage memory 8 is constituted readably by the control CPU 3 (that is, accessible the open key ID-1), the storage memory 9 isn't connected to the control CPU 3, and the secret key ID-2 is not read out by the control CPU 3. |
