PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide speedy customer service without missing timing according to individual information on customers gathered at a host device while suppressing the frequency of communication between the host device and a KARAOKE playing terminal. SOLUTION: The KARAOKE playing terminal 4 obtains the individual ID of a customer who is to use this terminal 4 and generates a use history book wherein the use state of this customer is recorded according to the ID. The host device 2 obtains data of the use history book by making good use of a proper chance for communication with respective terminals 4 and selects and store individual IDs whose terminal use frequencies are larger than specified as regular customers for each terminal. Then the host device 2 sends the individual information corresponding to the individual IDs of the regular customers of the respective terminals 4 to the respective terminals 4 by making use of a proper communication chance. Each terminal 4 when obtaining the individual ID generates an individual personal message according to the individual information corresponding to the individual ID and outputs the message by using video and sound. |
