PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a manufacturing process even at the time of forming four magneto resistive effect elements in a magneto resistive effect element sensor and to increase the output, by appropriating the material of an antiferromagnetic layer and the formation position of the magneto resistive effect element, etc. SOLUTION: The four magneto resistive effect elements 31, 32, 33 and 34 are formed on a substrate 30, and the respective magneto resistive effect elements 31-34 are connected.α-Fe2O3 is used for the antiferromagnetic layer of the magneto resistive effect elements 31-34, and the coercive force of a fixed magnetic layer is increased. By making a current flow to a conductor 88, magnetization control of the fixed magnetic layer of the respective magneto resistive effect elements 31-34 is appropriately performed.
