PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily unplug even a plug with its blades inserted too firmly to pull out and prevent adhesion of cottony dusts and the like to avoid electrical leakage even if the blades are accidentally exposed. SOLUTION: An insulating pull-out part 1 which is interposed between a case P1 of a power plug P and an outlet Q and to which a load is applied in the direction pulling the power plug P from its surface abutting on the case P1 of the power plug P is formed, and a dustproof cover 5 projecting from the pull-out part 1 toward the case P1 side of the power plug P is formed. A pull ring 2 to which a load is applied in the direction pulling the power plug P is formed at an end of the pull-out part 1.
