PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crack resistance when integrally molding a metallic part, and to provide a superior high frequency electrical characteristics and moldability by using a resin composition by blending a filler and a soft polymer with an alicyclic structure containing polymer resin as a high frequency connector insulating member. SOLUTION: A polymer resin has an alicyclic structure in a principal chain and/or a side chain, and preferably contains an alicyclic structure in a principal chain from the viewpoint of high frequency electrical characteristics and moldability, and is a cycloalkane structure and a cycloalkene structure, but most preferably has a cycloalkane structure from the viewpoint of mechanical strength and heat resistance. The carbon atom number constituting the alicyclic structure is 4 to 30, and a rate of a repetitive unit having the alicyclic structure is not less than 30 wt.%. A specific example of the resin is (1) a norbornene polymer, (2) a monocyclic olefine polymer, (3) a cyclic conjugate diene polymer and (4) a vinyl alicyclic hydrocarbon polymer.
