PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly acquire specification data or maintenance history by receiving a peculiar number through a building managing device and displaying ledger data related to the peculiar number. SOLUTION: A central processing unit(CPU) 11 of a building supervisory and control device 1 executes a selective peculiar number transmitting means 17, acquires the peculiar number corresponding to a clicked facility graphic symbol from a storage device 12 and transmits the acquired peculiar number to a CPU 21 of a building managing device 2 under WinSock control. A building manager software 27 manages and activates various function modules (facility equipment ledger module 22a, maintenance history ledger module 22b, meter ledger module 22c... peculiar number reception picture module 22n) stored in a storage device 22. When the peculiar number is received, the building manager software 27 activates the peculiar number reception picture module 22n and displays a 'peculiar number reception picture' on a display device. |
