PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently aid the preparation of a report while guiding a series of flows for the preparation of the report in cooperation of help display and menu pictures. SOLUTION: A preparation aiding means 10 consisting of storage parts 12 to 15 for respectively storing help and menu pictures, a model with a description guide and an original for a research report in preparation and a preparation aid control part 11 for controlling the display switch of a help display or a menu picture by clicking a button on the menu picture, reading out the model and writing the read model as a new original or reading out an original in preparation is built in a personal computer body 1. Consequently the preparation of the research report can be efficiently aided. |
