PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to replenish by arranging printers for a journal and a receipt without enlarging a cover and by widening an interval of printers at the time of roll paper replenishment. SOLUTION: To exchange roll papers, a cover 15 is rotated by a rotation mechanism 16, opened backward, a printed journal paper is removed from a journal winding part 8, a journal holder 10 is rotated by a rotary shaft 11 and raised upward (a position where a stopper shaft 12 is at an upper end of an oblong hole 14), a journal roll paper 5 is put on a roll paper holder 20, its tip is put through a printer 6 and fixed to a journal winding part, a receipt roll paper 1 is put on a roll paper holder 19 and its tip is put through a printer 2. The journal holder is returned to its original position (a position where the stopper shaft is at a lower end of the oblong hole) and the cover is closed.
