PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work and to shorten the working time by automating the preparation of a common file at respective information processing terminals. SOLUTION: When a job terminal newly prepares a common file, its replica is prepared at a job terminal having a server function. Besides, when the job terminal updates the common file, the replica of that updated common file is prepared at the job terminal having the server function. When the other job terminal is to start a program to use the common file, the replica prepared at the job terminal having the server function is copied to the job terminal to activate that program and the program is activated later.
