PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate misalignment of the pickup position of a chip due to the working and assembling error of a tape feeder used in an electronic- component mounting apparatus by which the chip is mounted on a board. SOLUTION: A tape feeder 1 is placed on a jig 11 on a table base 10. The tip part of the tape feeder 1 is observed by a camera 31 in the upper part, and its image is projected on a monitor television 32. While an operator is observing a target T projected on the monitor television 32, an eccentric pin which is installed at the tape feeder 1 is turned, a base 3 at the tape feeder 1 is swieveled in the horizontal direction, and the pickup position of a chip is adjusted. |
